Debutsoft provides a platform for launching products and collecting early signups. The Service allows users to create project pages, collect email signups, send email campaigns, manage custom domains, and access analytics.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide notice of any price changes and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (project descriptions, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Debutsoft. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of sharing it. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

7. Email Campaign Compliance

When using our email campaign features, you must comply with all applicable email marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other regulations. This includes:

• Only sending emails to users who have explicitly signed up
• Including a clear unsubscribe mechanism
• Not using misleading subject lines or sender information
• Including your physical business address

Violation of email marketing laws may result in immediate account termination.

8. Custom Domains

If you use the custom domain feature, you are responsible for:

• Owning or having rights to use the domain
• Configuring DNS records correctly
• Maintaining domain registration and renewal
• Ensuring the domain is not used for illegal purposes

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debutsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debutsoft from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
